个人简介:孙婷婷,女,浙江富阳人198010月出生,浙江大学物理学博士硕士生导师、美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校访问学者,现就职于浙江科技学院应用物理系,担任系主任

承担《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》、《物理学与人类文明》、《University Physics》(留学生)、《光电材料导论》(全英文、留学生)、物理学前沿(研究生)、凝聚态物理导论(研究生)等课程的主讲老师曾获得全国高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课比赛浙江省一等奖(第一名)浙江省首届高校教师教学创新大赛课程思政专项赛理工组三等奖。由本人负责的教学团队获得校首届教师教学创新大赛“十佳教学创新团队”。由本人负责的《大学物理》(全英文)课程被认定为2020年度省级国际化线上线下混合式一流课程。曾获得大学生科技竞赛与创新活动“优秀指导教师”连续三年指导学生获得浙江省大学生物理创新竞赛一等奖。

主要科研方向为蛋白质的构象及其动力学、RNA分子的折叠动力学、机器学习预测生物大分子结构与功能。主持国家自然科学基金1项、浙江省自然科学基金2项,重大企业横向课题2项,教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项。发表SCI论文30多篇,已培养硕士毕业生4名,正培养硕士生5名。
